Amy Bedeaux

Amy is a trauma-informed Certified Grief Coach and Certified Resilience Coach, currently working toward her ACC designation. She supports clients through grief, loss, and major life transitions, helping them find clarity, build resilience, and take practical next steps at their own pace.

Guided by lived experience and a deep passion for helping others, Amy offers a coaching space that is compassionate, grounded, and empowering. She blends deep empathy with action-oriented tools, partnering with clients to process difficult emotions and build coping strategies that fit real life.

Clients often describe Amy as genuinely present and easy to trust, especially during seasons of change when things feel uncertain or heavy. Amy’s style is relatable and authentic—creating room for honest conversation, reflection, and forward movement without pressure.

Amy is a lifelong Minnesotan based in the Twin Cities, and she coaches internationally. Outside of coaching, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends and laughing until she cries. She loves animals and nature, traveling abroad, paddleboarding, motorcycling, meeting new people and hearing their stories.

Amy’s background spans CAM therapies and leadership in business and compliance—bringing both heart and structure to her coaching.
