Dr. Lisa Connors, PhD, LCPC, NCC, BCC, FT

Dr. Lisa Connors is a pastor, therapist, and coach who is passionate about walking with individuals through life’s most complex and sacred seasons. She specializes in grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, sexual and domestic violence, HIV, mental health disorders, and substance use recovery.

She earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling, and PhD in Psychology. Her interdisciplinary education allows her to integrate clinical expertise, theological depth, and psychological insight in her work with individuals, families, leaders, and the community.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor and National Certified Counselor, Dr. Connors provides therapeutic care grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice. She is also a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education and a Fellow in Thanatology, reflecting her humility and deep commitment to supporting those navigating death and living loss, as well as fostering personal and professional growth for current and future coaches.

Her approach is relational, culturally attuned, spiritually informed, and hope-centered, creating space for restoration, resilience, and renewal.
